How they differ
Both aim at agency work. AI Workshop lists a 5-week launch program with a daily checklist, plus proposals and contracts. It's a strong fit if you want a short, set program and ready-made assistants to adapt.
Stride goes further into delivery. The Stride AI Operations course teaches how to run client work, and StrideOps gives you the CRM, pipelines and voice agents to do it in.
