AirCard: custom artwork on your Apple Pay cards
A step-by-step setup guide with requirements, checks and common problems.
The short version
AirCard is a free, open source app for Mac that changes how your cards look in Apple Wallet. You plug your iPhone in with a cable, tap a card, drop any image on it, and the card face in Wallet changes. It can also put custom artwork on the lock screen's passcode keypad. There's an unofficial Windows version too, and the Mac app has been downloaded more than 100,000 times.
•What you need: an iPhone on iOS 18.0 to 27.0.1 (or the iOS 27.2 beta 1 or 2), a Mac (Apple silicon or Intel) or a Windows 10/11 PC, and a USB cable.
•What you get: custom card art in Wallet and Apple Pay, and themed passcode buttons on the lock screen. No jailbreak.
