Dioramas: start with a complete interactive 3D website

How to run the included gallery, re-theme a scene and change its camera choreography.

The short version

I would run the included gallery, choose one example and change its text before paying to generate a new model. Dioramas is a free MIT website framework with 20 complete examples and bundled models. New AI asset generation uses paid fal services. I haven't independently run the full framework; this guide follows its current official README. The video uses published example images and a custom animation of its included submarine model.
