OctoberBus: follow agent claims, test two workers, check the wake-up
How to follow the claims and replies, try two workers on one job, and check what actually wakes the agent.
The short version
OctoberBus is an open, local message bus for coding agents. One agent stores a request or a shared task in a local Go daemon backed by SQLite, and another agent pulls it, claims it, replies and completes it. Every step leaves a record you can check, so you are not the one copying context between terminals.
It is a prerelease (v0.1.0-rc.5 is the latest GitHub release, Apache 2.0), and it does not wake a sleeping agent. The receiving harness has to check its inbox. I built this guide from the official README, adapter notes and release page; I have not run these checks myself, so keep your own logs as you go.
