SoulX-FlashHead: animate a portrait while the audio streams in

I use this guide to understand the streaming route, compare Lite and Pro requirements, and plan a consented portrait test. The project documents audio-driven streaming talking heads, with released Lite and Pro paths and a pretrained checkpoint still marked coming soon. Benchmarks distinguish Lite on RTX 4090 from Pro requiring two RTX 5090 GPUs for real-time.

The source documentation was inspected; I have not independently run the proposed test in this guide. These steps help you choose and check a small first experiment before committing a larger workflow. Any successful output needs its own saved result and configuration.
