Web Teleprompter: prepare a readable take

I would first use fixed speed with a short script, then evaluate voice following separately. Web Teleprompter is a free MIT browser app with no account requirement. The hosted fixed-speed view can be checked without installing anything. Browser speech recognition has its own support and privacy behavior; this guide does not promise offline recognition.
