Install 5 free Claude Code skills, with the first prompt for each
Current install commands for Caveman, Last30Days, Superpowers, gstack and Grill Me in Claude Code and Codex, the first prompt to run with each, and the honest catch.
The short version
Five free skills, all open source, all working in Claude Code and in Codex. One makes Claude talk less and cost less, one researches anything from the last 30 days, one turns Claude into a disciplined senior developer, one gives you a full team of specialist roles, and one interviews you before anything gets built. That last one, Grill Me, is my favorite.
What you need: Claude Code (or Codex) and Node.js, because three of these install through `npx`. gstack also needs Git and Bun. Last30Days runs a Python engine (3.12 or newer).
My advice: install one, run its first prompt, and only then add the next. If something breaks, you'll know which one did it.
