Google CC for groups: a household planning and privacy worksheet

How to check CC's availability, choose what each member shares and plan a household schedule without exposing private messages.

The short version

A household agent is useful only if it can help people agree on shared plans while respecting what each person chooses to share. Google CC's groups announcement describes groups of up to six members, with each member using their own Google account and contributing selected context.

The September 17 announcement also describes a limited availability path: United States users, personal accounts, adults aged 18 or older and a waitlist. Check the current official eligibility before making a plan around it. A household in another country should not assume access because it can read the announcement.

This guide prepares a small two-person trial and a sharing checklist. It has not validated CC's behavior in your account, so the proposed tests are acceptance criteria rather than results.
