Holo 4: pick the checkpoint, set the limits and check the run

How to pick the right checkpoint, decide what it can touch, and check the result.

The short version

Holo 4 is H Company's computer-use model. It looks at screenshots and tool results, then asks for clicks, typing, code or tool calls, and a harness carries them out. It comes in two sizes: Holo4-27B (dense) and Holo4-35B-A3B (Mixture of Experts). H Company reports 61.7% for the 27B model on OSWorld 2.0, a set of long computer workflows, so it still fails plenty of tasks.

This guide shows you how to pick the right checkpoint, decide what it can touch, and check the result. The scores here are H Company's own. I haven't run my own benchmark.
