OpenWhip: the joke app that whips Claude Code
A step-by-step setup guide with requirements, checks and common problems.
The short version
OpenWhip is a joke. It puts a whip on your screen, and when you crack it, it interrupts your AI coding agent and types a message like "FASTER". It does not make Claude Code faster. It stops whatever Claude was doing and sends it a new prompt.
•What you need: Node.js 18 or newer and npm. On Linux, also `xdotool`. On a Mac, you'll have to allow Accessibility access.
•What you get: a tray icon that spawns a whip. Each crack plays a sound, presses Ctrl+C, types a random "go faster" line and presses Enter in whatever window has focus.
