PS5 Relapse: firmware, capabilities and risks

Which PS5 firmware Relapse supports, what the exploit can really do, and the risks to know before you touch it.

The short version

Relapse is a public browser-and-kernel exploit chain for PS5 and PS5 Pro on firmware 7.00 through 13.60. It enables code Sony has not signed. The code is free; it does not hand you a free game library. I would first check the console's installed firmware and read the limitations before changing anything. This guide explains the release from its README and reported coverage; I have not run it on a console.
